As an owner-managed company, we are a specialized manufacturer of  hygienic process valves and pigging systems for processing sensitive /  highly viscous media in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries  since our foundation in 1996.

Application

Process systems, which can be cleaned with pigs, are becoming  increasingly important for the low-germ processes. Among other reasons,  this is attributable to an increased environmental consciousness, costly  waste water treatment, prevention of costly product losses, and  production streamlining measures.
We offer a variety of pigging  technologies to satisfy the requirements of the wide range of processes.  Optimum pigging geometry and the suitable process depend on different  process factors and are therefore always designed to the specific  project:

Sterile processes pose stringent demands on system components

For this processes we offer DMV pigging systems featuring CIP/SIP LIAG® free  flow arc- and pigging valves and specifically designed pig launching  and receiving stations without dead pockets. Simplifying the modular  component design, thread and clamp unions are virtually no longer  needed, minimizing typical hygienic risk areas by design. All LIAG® arc valves, even when welded in place, can be easily disassembled for maintenance.
